The Sole Band provides direct and effective grounding by focusing on the soles of the feet, where grounding is supposed to happen from. These are the body's most bioelectrically sensitive area for connecting with the Earth's energy. Unlike grounding bedsheets, the Sole Band ensures maximum conductivity because it prioritizes direct foot contact. It also prioritizes comfortability and breathability, unlike grounding socks which can cause your feet to overhead, leading to sweat, discomfort, odor, and other problems that make them difficult for long-term use. The Grounding Sole Band is also made and shipped in the USA in Paramus, NJ, while most grounding products are made and shipped from China and Thailand.
The product is attached to a grounding chord which plugs into the grounding hole in your electrical socket (the bottom round hole). This grounding port is connected to your home's electrical grounding system, which, in turn, is connected to the Earth itself through a grounding wire. Typically, this involves a grounding rod or plates buried in the soil outside your home. The earth's electrical energy is transferred to the Grounding Sole Band into its conductive silver fibers which is then transferred into your body, providing you the same effects as grounding when it is worn on your foot.
The product is a blend of conductive silver fibers and elastic-cotton. We have tested the conductivity of the product ourselves using a multi-meter and it was shown to be highly conductive. You can test get a multimeter and test it for yourself as well.
The time it takes to feel the effects varies. Some people feel a sense of relaxation almost immediately after putting it on while others may take a few more minutes. I have always had a passion for health, fitness and wanting to feel my best. Grounding is something I have been doing for a long time and has benefited me greatly. A few years ago, I ordered by first grounding blanket from a grounding product store online. Not surprisingly, it took a few weeks to arrive, probably because it was shipped from China, but it was worth the wait. I enjoyed the relaxing and healing benefits it gave me when I would take naps on it, however, the blanket made absolutely no contact with the soles of my feet whatsoever, which is where grounding is supposed to happen from and where all the bioelectrical sensitive nerves are, so I got the idea to turn the bedsheet into a foot wrap and wrap it around my foot. The effects, as expected, were so much more powerful, but after a while, I would stop doing it because wrapping the entire bedsheet around my foot was getting too much work so I would be missing out on its benefits.
I knew there had to be a better way for me to experience the benefits of grounding in the comfort of my bed in the most powerful way possible without having to do all of this work. I looked into grounding foot bands and surprisingly did not find any. I found grounding socks, but I usually do not like wearing socks in bed because of the sweat and overheating they can cause. I did some research and looked into creating my own conductive, comfortable grounding product that you can easily and quickly wear on your foot as you rest and experience the benefits of grounding with. I got products and parts from American-made companies, put them together and created the Earth and Heal Grounding Sole Band! I decided to try it out myself, and not surprisingly, it worked like a charm and had an even more powerful effect than when i would wrap the grounding bedsheets around my foot! We all deserve to feel and function at our best and experience our best health while we are on this earth, and I know my product will take you much closer to experiencing that!
